Working With Shakespeare

Turnaround

Most jobs are at the post office within 3 business days after we recieve the list and materials. Guarenteed 2-day, next day and even same day service is available. Jobs are scheduled as they are received. Advance arrangements and contract agreements assure fastest turnaround. Variables in job type, material size, quantity and procedures can affect time to complete a job. Client availability to respond to inquiries and approve orders can also speed or delay progress.

Files

Most common list formats are text delimited and Excel. Email lists, art files and documents to support@shakespearemailing.com. We will acknowledge receipt promptly and notify you of any questions or issues as they arise.

Delivery / Messenger

We pick up from anywhere in New York City, Hudson, Essex and Bergen Counties in NJ, or ship your materials to our lettershop facility at 402 45th Street #B25, Union CIty, NJ 07087. Send checks to PO Box 8357, NYC 10116 for fastest action.

Payment

Postage and printing must always be paid prior to completion of job. Credit/debit cards accepted for services, not for postage. Credit terms available upon approval of credit application. Some jobs may require advance deposit or payment in full.

LIST EXCHANGE

If you own a list that has value to non-competing organizations but you are justifiably concerned that giving them your data puts it at risk of unauthorized use, you can send it to us for completion of mailings with security and confidentiality. Along the same lines, if you are seeking to utilize a list from another organization but they are reluctant to give it to you directly, they can send it to us for completion of your mailing without jeopardizing their ownership or list integrity.
